MS Digital University is a proposed Private Digital Open University in the State of Punjab, sponsored by Balraj Singla Educational Society. Once approved, it will operate exclusively through Open & Distance Learning (ODL) and Online Learning (OL) modes — in accordance with the Punjab Private Digital Open Universities Policy, 2026.
