Approval Documents

MS Digital University is in the process of obtaining the statutory approvals and recognitions required to operate as an institution of higher learning. Applications have been filed with India's key regulatory authorities — the UGC, UGC-DEB, and the Government of Punjab — and are currently under review.

The documents listed below represent the application submissions and foundational reports that form the basis of our regulatory filings. Once approvals are received, they will collectively establish the university's legal identity, academic mandate, and the validity of its degrees and programmes.

• All documents shared here relate to the university establishment and recognition application process
• UGC recognition under Section 2(f) is being sought to establish degree-awarding authority
• UGC-DEB entitlement is required to offer programmes through OL and ODL modes
• The State Government establishment order is the primary founding statutory instrument
• Once all approvals are received, degrees awarded by MS Digital University will be valid for government and private employment
• All documents are original and will be verifiable from the respective issuing authority portals upon grant
• Copies of documents are available for prospective students and stakeholders on request
• Documents are updated whenever the approval status changes or new submissions are made
