Who We Are

MS Digital University (MSDU) is a digital-first Private Open University under application in Punjab, sponsored by Balraj Singla Educational Society. It is being established in accordance with the Punjab Private Digital Open Universities Policy, 2026, and is currently awaiting statutory approvals from the state government and the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Once approved, MSDU will offer undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate programmes through Online Learning (OL) and Open & Distance Learning (ODL) modes — enabling learners from every walk of life to pursue globally relevant qualifications without disrupting their careers or commitments.
