In-LMS Chat
Once the LMS is live, you will be able to chat directly inside the platform during business hours — quickest way to resolve technical and academic queries. Until then, use email or the helpline.
Faculty Mentors
Each student will be assigned a faculty mentor for the duration of their programme. Once operational, 1:1 video calls can be scheduled via the LMS.

Wellness & Counselling
Online learning can sometimes feel isolating. MSDU plans to partner with certified counsellors to offer free, confidential mental-wellness sessions to all enrolled learners. Once operational, sessions will be held over secure video on Wednesdays and Saturdays — write to wellness@msdu.in for pre-launch enquiries.
